Julianne Trinh had a clear feeling in mind for Liquid Beauty: open, opulent, and very bright, but still warm and homey, a medspa in Huntington Beach that felt genuinely luxurious without ever feeling cold or clinical. Simour’s role was to bring that vision to life.
That vision took shape around rich blue tones, warm wood paneling, marble, and soft champagne-bronze accents opulent, but with clean, simple details rather than anything fussy or ornate. Pops of blue carry through the space, a lit marble reception counter anchors the entry, and a cozy lounge with a fireplace gives the practice a genuinely homey, welcoming heart a mantle Julianne can even style through the seasons.
The design was also shaped around how Julianne actually practices. As a fast-paced clinic, the treatment rooms were grouped together so providers can keep an eye on the flow and never miss a chart, while a private check-out connected to reception lets patients complete sensitive visits discreetly. A secured retail display keeps products beautifully visible without leaving them exposed, and a dedicated photo room supports the practice’s results-driven work all kept clean and uncluttered, exactly as she wanted.
The result is a medspa that feels both elevated and inviting bright and opulent, but warm enough to feel like home. By starting from Julianne’s vision and shaping every detail around how she works and how she wants clients to feel, Simour created a space that’s as functional as it is beautiful proof that luxury lands best when it also feels personal.
