OUR FOUNDER
I started Simour because I kept walking into medical spaces that had nothing to do with the physicians inside them. Brilliant doctors. Extraordinary practices. Generic spaces. There was a gap between the vision these leaders carried and the environments they actually worked in, and no one was addressing it at the level it deserved.
My path to this work wasn’t a straight line. I started as a pre-med student before realizing my real passion was interior design, and I changed course to pursue it. I went on to join the design team at an award-winning architecture and design firm, where I worked on high-profile commercial projects. I loved the work, but something was missing. Eventually I understood what it was: my passion for the medical field and my passion for design were meant to live in the same place. That’s where Simour began.
I believe design should start with the doctor, not the floor plan. Your space should be the physical expression of everything you’ve built: your standard of care, your leadership, your vision for what medicine can look like.
That’s what Simour does. We see who you’re becoming before you can fully put it into words, and we bring it to life.
THE TEAM
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Great design begins where heart, mind, and soul meet. That’s the space I work in every day.
With 15 years in service and conceptual design, I bridge the creative vision of our team with the real needs of every client we serve. My role is to make sure that what we design doesn’t just look elevated. It feels cohesive, intentional, and genuinely connected to who you are.
OFFICE MANAGER
Behind every beautiful space is a process that has to run perfectly.
That’s where I come in.
I’m the detail that protects the details, making sure every moving part of your project is organized, on track, and delivered at the standard Simour is known for. Exceptional organizational skills aren’t just a strength for me. They’re how I show up every time.
When I’m not keeping things running smoothly, I’m traveling, because discovering new places reminds me why intentional environments matter so much.
PROJECT LEAD
I found my purpose in transformation. Not just of spaces, but of the experiences people have inside them.
Drawing from to years in commercial and hospitality design, I bring a strategy-first approach to every project. I think about how a space moves, how it performs, and how it makes people feel long after the build is complete. Every decision I make is filtered through one question: does this make life better for the people inside it?
From concept to completion, I’m committed to environments that leave a lasting mark.
PROJECT LEAD
I lead with resilience, empathy, and a refusal to let complexity become an excuse for mediocrity.
With 1o years across medical and hospitality design, I understand the weight of the spaces we create. These aren’t just rooms. They’re where people heal, where staff show up day after day, where dignity and comfort matter as much as function. I hold all of that in every decision I make.
My job is to take the complex and make it cohesive. To take your vision and carry it all the way through to the final detail without losing what made it meaningful in the first
LEAD ARCHITECT
Good design doesn’t just look right, it has to work right. I’m the person who catches what others miss, the detail that protects the vision all the way through construction.
With 1o years in medical interior architecture, I bridge the gap between what gets designed and what actually gets built. My job is to make sure your contractor has everything they need to execute without surprises.
Outside of floor plans, I unwind with Sherlock Holmes because a great mystery and a great space plan have more in common than you’d think.
LEAD INTERIOR DESIGNER
I translate what a physician can feel but can’t yet say into something you can see and touch.
Through design sketches and material selections, I take your vision and your brand and turn them into a space that actually feels like you. Not a generic clinic. Not a catalog choice.
Something specific to who you are and what you stand for.
That’s what keeps me going. The moment a client sees the first sketch and says ‘that’s exactly it.
ARCHITECT
I hold two things at once that most people think are opposites.
Regulatory precision and genuine beauty.
Medical spaces have to meet strict government and compliance requirements. But they also have to feel human. My work makes sure your space never has to sacrifice one for the other. Your patients deserve both comfort and safetv. Your team deserves both.
I plan every detail with your people in mind, because the best medical spaces protect everyone inside them.
INTERIOR DESIGNER
I believe every space tells a story about the people inside it. My job is to make sure yours tells the right one.
I’m drawn to the details that most people overlook, the ones that quietly shape how a patient feels the moment they walk in. Creating spaces that are both functional and genuinely beautiful isn’t a compromise. It’s the whole point.
Design, done well, doesn’t just look good. It changes how people feel.
