Francienne Grantsaris had a clear vision for FG Aesthetics & Medicine: a true full-service medical aesthetics practice in Missoula, Montana one place where patients could find everything from consultations and injectables to IV therapy and in-office procedures, all in a space that felt elevated and welcoming. Simour’s role was to bring that vision to life.
The brief was ambitious for the footprint. Within just 1,400 square feet, the design had to hold a complete medical-aesthetics program a welcoming reception and lounge, a private consultation room, an IV therapy space, multiple treatment and exam rooms, a procedure room, a laboratory, and a doctor’s office without ever feeling cramped or clinical. Every square foot was planned to balance efficiency with comfort.
The result is a space that feels considered at every turn. A custom backlit FG logo and a polished reception set an elevated tone the moment patients arrive, while a calm, well-planned flow guides them easily from consultation to treatment. The intention throughout was to make a multi-service medical practice feel personal and reassuring a place patients trust with both their care and their confidence.
The impact is a practice that punches well above its size full-service, elevated, and unmistakably FG.
