For Dr. Julie Ko and David Kim, the name said everything. Radiance wasn’t just a label it was the feeling they wanted the whole space to embody: luxury, class, and a clean, uncluttered, luminous environment. Simour’s role was to take that vision and make it real, designing a space that lived up to its name from the moment a client walked in.
The founders were clear on what they were after: something glam and grand, with modern crystal, hints of gold, richer shades of turquoise, and the drama of lacquered and flat blacks. Simour translated that into a refined, luminous palette dramatic marbled porcelain floors, a charcoal rib-panel logo wall, high-gloss lacquered reception detailing, and cream and black quartz all balanced against neutral textured walls so the luxury reads as clean and considered rather than busy.
Every decision served the same goal: a space that elevates rather than clinicalizes. Coffered ceilings and soft cove lighting give the treatment rooms a sense of occasion, while an uncluttered layout lets light and material do the work. The result is a medspa where clients don’t just receive a treatment they feel the radiance the brand promises.
That’s the heart of how Simour works: starting from the founders’ own vision and building everything around it. Julie and David didn’t want a generic medspa they wanted Radiance, made physical. The finished space is exactly that: luminous, luxurious, and unmistakably theirs.
