Max Pickus and Ainsley Wharton had a clear vision for Contour Collection: a boutique aesthetics studio that felt nothing like a clinic personal, stylish, and unmistakably theirs. Simour’s role was to take that vision and give it form, translating who they are and how they wanted clients to feel into every surface, sightline, and detail of the space.
That meant designing far beyond function. The blush-pink fluted tile, light oak, warm brass, black hardware, and rich herringbone floors were chosen to express the brand’s personality feminine and polished, but current and confident. Trailing greenery, natural light, and framed line-art carry the same spirit through the space, so the studio feels like an extension of the founders themselves rather than a generic treatment room dressed up.
Working within a compact 980 square feet, every decision was made in service of that vision. The treatment rooms feel intimate and intentional rather than cramped; a dedicated photo area gives clients a beautiful, on-brand backdrop for their results, a detail that came directly from understanding how Max and Ainsley wanted their brand to live and be shared. Nothing was treated as incidental, because nothing about their vision was.
The result is a space that is the brand confident, personal, and entirely their own. That’s the heart of what Simour does: not imposing a house style, but listening closely enough to bring a founder’s vision to life, and building a space that lets that vision lead.
