This role is for an experienced sales lead who brings clarity, guides conversations from a place of security rather than pressure, and finds real joy in helping the right people find their way to us. When you're in alignment, the work resonates. Clients feel it. You feel it.

What you'll do

  • Guide people from their first conversation with Simour all the way to a signed agreement, staying with them at every step along the way
  • Get to know the right clients, understanding their vision, their needs, and whether we're truly the right fit for one another
  • Build proposals that reflect the scope, care, and spirit of each project
  • Follow up with warmth and intention, moving conversations forward without ever pushing
  • Represent Simour with the same care and attention we bring to every space we design
  • Work independently, backed by a team that supports you and a process that sets you up to succeed
  • Learn through a training system that shows you exactly how we think, how we communicate, and how we work

Part time · Independent contractor · Hourly base + commission
